About Our Claims Staff
When obtaining an insurance policy, it seems the most important question people have is "How do you handle claims?" We hope you will never have to file a claim, but rest assured, if you do, it will be handled fairly, quickly and efficiently.
Markel American Insurance Company claim representatives have an average of 22 years of riding experience. This experience allows them to service your claim both as an insurance professional and (equally important) as a fellow experienced rider.

The BMW MOA Endorsed Insurance Program takes great pride in the vast knowledge and experience of our Customer Service Department. Each Customer Service Representative strives to stay updated with the latest trends in motorcycling by reading industry magazines, participating in numerous motorcycle events, and from talking to our customers. We are confident that our Customer Service team is second to none, and can assist you in the initial purchase of your policy, administer changes to your policy quickly and accurately, as well as handle any problems or issues that you may encounter.
